การยื่นสำเร็จผลภาษาอังกฤษ ผู้เรียนต้องยื่นผลโดยมีเกณฑ์ดังนี้
เกณฑ์เก่า (5 Band)
ระดับปริญญาโท ต้องผ่าน 41 คะแนนขึ้นไป (Band-3)
ระดับปริญญาเอก ต้องผ่าน 61 คะแนนขึ้นไป (Band-4)
*หมายเหตุ จำเป็นต้องผ่านทั้งทักษะการอ่านและการเขียนในระดับคะแนนที่กำหนดไว้ข้างต้น
กรณีที่ได้คะแนนรวมผ่านเกณฑ์จะถือว่าไม่ผ่าน
เช่น นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก ได้ทักษะการอ่าน 70 คะแนน (Band-4) ทักษะการเขียน 59 คะแนน (Band-3) ผลคะแนนเฉลี่ยคือ 64.5 (Band-4) แต่จะถือว่าไม่ผ่านเนื่องจากผลคะแนนการเขียนไม่ผ่านตามเกณฑ์ เป็นต้น
ในกรณีที่ท่านสอบมากกว่า 1 รอบ และแต่ละรอบคะแนนผ่านเกณฑ์คนละส่วน ท่านสามารถนำคะแนนแต่ละรอบใช้ไขว้กันเพื่อใช้ยื่นเพื่อผ่านเกณฑ์ได้ เช่น
เช่น นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอกได้ทำการสอบ KKU-AELT 2 รอบ
รอบที่ 1 ได้ทักษะการเขียน 31 คะแนน (Band-2) ทักษะการอ่าน 62 คะแนน (Band-4) [ผ่านการอ่าน แต่ไม่ผ่านการเขียน]
รอบที่ 2 ได้ทักษะการเขียน 64 คะแนน (Band-4) ทักษะการอ่าน 42 คะแนน (Band-3) [ผ่านการเขียน แต่ไม่ผ่านการอ่าน]
ดังนั้นนักศึกษาท่านนี้สามารถยื่นสำเร็จผลภาษาอังกฤษได้โดยการใช้คะแนนทั้งสองรอบนี้ไปส่ง
เกณฑ์ใหม่ (7 Band)
ระดับปริญญาโท ต้องผ่าน 44 คะแนนขึ้นไป (Band-4)
ระดับปริญญาเอก ต้องผ่าน 62 คะแนนขึ้นไป (Band-5)
*หมายเหตุ จำเป็นต้องผ่านทั้งทักษะการอ่านและการเขียนในระดับคะแนนที่กำหนดไว้ข้างต้น
กรณีที่ได้คะแนนรวมผ่านเกณฑ์จะถือว่าผ่านเกณฑ์
เช่น นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาเอก ได้ทักษะการอ่าน 65 คะแนน (Band-5) ทักษะการเขียน 59 คะแนน (Band-4) ผลคะแนนเฉลี่ยคือ 62 (Band-5) แต่จะถือว่าผ่านเกณฑ์ เป็นต้น
ในกรณีที่ท่านสอบมากกว่า 1 รอบ และแต่ละรอบคะแนนผ่านเกณฑ์คนละส่วน ท่านจะไม่สามารถนำคะแนนแต่ละรอบมาใช้ไขว้กันได้เพื่อผ่านเกณฑ์ได้
**กรณีที่มีผลการอบรมคอร์สภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการ
ผลการอบรมภาษาอังกฤษจะได้รับเป็นเอกสารใบ Certificate และท่านที่ผ่านจะมีข้อความระบุว่า "successfully completed the requirements of the course"
สำหรับท่านที่ไม่ผ่านจะมีข้อความว่า "did NOT fulfill the requirements of the course"
ซึ่งผลการอบรมสามารถเทียบเคียงระดับคะแนนได้ดังนี้
เมื่อท่านมีผลคะแนนหรือผลการอบรมคอร์สภาษาอังกฤษเชิงวิชาการครบถ้วนแล้ว ให้ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนดังนี้
1.ปริ้นผลคะแนนหรือผลการอบรมที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ในการยื่นทั้งหมด (คะแนนหรือผลอบรมต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 2 ปี)
2.นำผลคะแนนไปยื่นที่ฝ่ายบัณฑิตศึกษาของคณะที่ตนเองสังกัด
3.รอตรวจสอบสถานะการยื่นผลสำเร็จภาษาอังกฤษได้ที่ http://gsmis.gs.kku.ac.th/student/student_search
กรณีที่ผ่านจะปรากฎข้อความว่า ผ่าน ตามด้วยเลขประกาศจากทางบัณฑิตวิทยาลัยดังภาพ
4. กรณีผลคะแนนของท่านไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง หรือมีความล่าช้า กรุณาติดต่อบัณฑิตวิทยาลัยที่อาคารพิมลกลกิจ ชั้น 3 หรือโทร 043-202-420

How to submit English result the testers are required to submit result with the following criteria.
Former (Band 5)
Master’s degree is required to have 41 points or more (Band-3)
Doctoral degree is required to have 61 points or more (Band-4)
*Required to pass both reading part and writing part with the above criteria
In case of total score passing the criteria, it will be considered not pass.
e.g., The doctoral student had 70 points on reading part (Band-4) and 59 points on writing part (Band-3) and the average score is 64.5 (Band-4) which is considered not pass because of the writing part’s score.
In case of take exam more than 1 round with each round passing the criteria in a different part, you can cross the score of each round to be the submission to pass an English result with the following criteria.
e.g., The doctoral student took the KKU-AELT for 2 times
The first round got 31 points on the writing part (Band-2) and 62 points on the reading part (Band-4).
[Pass the reading part, but not for the writing one]
The second round got 64 points on writing part (Band-4) and 42 points on reading part (Band-3).
[Pass the writing part, but not for the reading one]
Therefore, this doctoral student can submit English test results by using these 2-round crossing scores.
Current (Band 7)
Master’s degree is required to have 44 points or more (Band-4)
Doctoral degree is required to have 62 points or more (Band-5)
*Required to pass both reading part and writing part with the above criteria
In case of Overall score passing the criteria, it will be considered as pass.
e.g., The doctoral student had 65 points on reading part (Band-5) and 59 points on writing part (Band-4) and the overall score is 62 (Band-5) which is considered as pass the criteria.
In case of take more than 1 exam round, each part of the round which passing score cannot be crossed or combined to pass the criteria.
***In case of certificate from Academic English course training
The results of the training will be received as a certificate document and the person who passed will have a message stating that "successfully completed the requirements of the course"
For those who fail, it will say "did NOT fulfill the requirements of the course".
The training results can be compared to the score level as follows
Academic Writing for Master's Students -> Band1-3 for writing
Academic Reading for Master's Students -> Band1-3 for reading
Academic Reading for Doctoral Students I -> Band1-3 for reading
Academic Reading for Doctoral Students II -> Band-4 for reading
Academic Writing for Doctoral Students I -> Band1-3 for writing
Academic Writing for Doctoral Students II -> Band-4 for writing
When you have completed all scores or results of academic English course training, please proceed with the following steps
1. Print all the scores or results of the training required for submission. (Score of the test or training result must not be older than 2 years)
2. Submit the scores to the Graduate Studies Department of the faculties you belong to.
3. Wait to check the status of successful submission in English at http://gsmis.gs.kku.ac.th/student/student_search
In the case of passing, the message will appear "Pass" followed by the number announced by the Graduate School as in the picture.
