กรณีที่ท่านไม่สามารถเข้าสู่ระบบได้ กรุณาดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้
1. เลือก Log-in menu
2. เลือก Forgot Password -> กรอกอีเมลของท่าน และกดปุ่มเพื่อส่งรหัสผ่านเข้าสู่อีเมลของท่าน โดยจะได้รับรหัสผ่านเป็นตัวอักษรภาษาอังกฤษกับตัวเลข
*กรณีไม่สามารถแก้ได้ด้วยวิธีดังกล่าว โปรดติดต่อมาที่อีเมล kku.aelt@gmail.com และแจ้งรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้
- ชื่อนาม - สกุล
- รหัสนักศึกษา, คณะที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่
- วันเกิดหรือรหัสประจำตัวประชาชน
และระบุสาเหตุที่ไม่สามารถเข้าสู่ระบบได้เช่น ลืม Password, Password เดิมไม่สามารถ Log-in ได้ เป็นต้น
เจ้าหน้าที่จะดำเนินการรีเซ็ต Password ของท่านให้ภายใน 1 วันทำการ หรือเร็วกว่าเวลาที่กล่าวมา

How to fix Log-in issues
If you cannot log in, please follow these steps
1. Click ‘Log-in’ on the menu
2. Click ‘forgot password’ > Fill in your email and submit it to send a password to your email. You will receive the password as English letters and numbers.
*In case that you cannot edit your profile as mentioned steps, please contact email kku.aelt@gmail.com and inform this information as followings:
-First name - last name
-Student ID, faculty
-Birthday or ID number
